At Kick Off Prints, we want you to love your kit. If something isn't right, we'll make it right - quickly.

Personalized Items

Because every jersey is custom-printed with your name, number, or personalization, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on personalized orders. Please double-check all personalization details (spelling, number, team) before confirming your order.

When We Will Replace or Refund

We will offer a full replacement or refund in the following cases:

How to Make a Claim

  1. Email us at support@kickoffprints.com within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue

  3. We will review and respond within 2 business days

  4. If approved, your replacement will be dispatched or your refund processed within 5–7 business days

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes to personalization details can be made within 24 hours of placing your order

  • Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours for a full refund - after this window, production may have already begun

  • To request a change or cancellation, email support@kickoffprints.com immediately with your order number

Refund Method

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days after approval).

Shipping Costs

  • We cover return shipping costs for our errors (damaged, wrong, or misprinted items)

  • We do not cover return shipping for customer errors (e.g. incorrect personalization submitted at checkout)
